community – Easy methods to open a port on MacOS Huge Sur?

I’m attempting to open a selected port (8000) on my mac (11.6) for native internet improvement testing. It doesn’t matter what I do, it received’t open, even domestically. Let’s say my pc’s NAT ip is 192.168.1.10, if I am going to 192.168.1.10:8000 I get nothing and likewise nmap tells me the port is closed. I’m not doing something with my router to present WLAN entry, that is simply so different computer systems and cellular gadgets on my native Wi-Fi community can entry the server.

I’ve turned off the applying firewall, and still have tried adjusting the PF settings, and it stored saying that there was a syntax error within the PF checklist. I even tried disabling Pfctl, which I did, however macOS remains to be blocking port 8000 and customarily nonetheless gave the impression to be working a firewall. Is there one other /totally different firewall system? What’s the easiest way to open a port nowadays?
