Kissanimes online site has been updated to include an official translation of the first half of the anime adaptation of Yuragi-sou no Naku Koro ni.
The site has also been updated with an English translation of episodes one and two, the second half of which will also be available to stream on YouTube.
The first season is scheduled to run from January 8 to February 15.
The first episode, titled “Kiss” is a short-cut to episode four, titled, “Rise.”
A group of girls, all of whom are in love with one another, go on a camping trip together in the desert.
Their adventure takes them to a village called “Tashigaya,” where they find a mysterious, long-lost, magical girl named Sora, who was born in a magical forest and has lived in a different dimension since her birth.
Sora has the power to control her surroundings, but she cannot be controlled by anyone else.
Sora and the other girls decide to help Sora discover her true power, and the group will be called on to help her protect the village from the mysterious, evil king.
The anime adaptation is being directed by Yuka Uchida (Gakkougami: The Lost Story) and produced by a team of six writers and directors, including Kotono Sakurai (A Certain Magical Index, Fairy Tail: The Wandering Princess), Nobuyuki Yoshizawa (The Magician’s Ball, Gatchaman Crowds) and Yuki Ota (Dance of the Three Kingdoms, The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya).
