Eddy Bauer was arrested in Virginia and charged with two counts of rape and one count of sodomy after he allegedly forced a female employee to perform oral sex on him.

According to court documents, Bauer was charged Thursday with two misdemeanor counts of sexual battery, a felony, and one felony count of voyeurism, a misdemeanor.

According, the documents state Bauer’s alleged victim was working as a security guard at an airport.

The court documents state the victim told police she met Bauer while she was traveling and he was visiting a friend’s house.

According to the documents, she was staying with her mother at the time of the alleged incident and told her that she and Bauer “had sex.”

Bauer has not yet commented on the charges, but his lawyer told CNN that Bauer was not “entitled to a lawyer” and would be seeking a plea deal.

Bauer, a former NFL player, was also fired from the NFL following a video surfaced showing him making sexually explicit comments to former teammates.
